1. HOURS OF BUSINESS

Monday to Friday:
8am-5pm

Saturday:
9am-4pm

Sunday:
10am-3pm

Christmas Eve:
8am – 2pm

We are closed on: 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th, 31st December – 1st, 2nd January

Closed Bank Holidays, Inc Easter Friday and Bank holiday Monday

Open as usual for external containers with 24 hrs access

Access may be granted with prior notice and may be subject to a fee to be agreed by both parties.

2. The Quotation

1. The quotation will be set out on the occupancy of the rental space

2. There will be a charge for outside hrs of business as item 2 of 1st paragraph hrs of business

3. There is a minimum rental of 2 weeks on internal storage, and 1 month on outside shipping container storage

4. All discounts and special rates are based on 4 weeks minimum storage, internally or externally

5. We reserve the right to charge for loading or unloading when a mechanical loader is required

6. A photo id and proof of residence will be required on signing of the contract

2. Payment

1. We accept all major credit cards, paypal, and cash up to £500.00

2. Ongoing payment of rental unit is by bank transfer or standing order to be set on the 1st of every month

3. Rent is calculated pcm

4. We reserve the right to enter the unit 1st calendar month after the payment date, if rent has not been received

5. We may alter the fees payable with written notice of 30 days prior to alteration

6. You agree to pay all cost incurred through dishonoured cheques including any interest on outstanding payments at 5% above base rate

7. In the event that you have not paid 15 days after the due date you agree that we will have a lean over the goods until the payments are up to date, if this is not honoured by you the licensee you will reimburse us Atlantic secure self storage of the full balance brought

8. Late payments, missed payments or dishonoured payments will incur a £25.00 fee to be added to your account. For each letter,

Statement or notice we send you, in relation to late or missed payments, we will charge a £10.00 administration fee.

3. Deposit

You must on the signing of this schedule pay a deposit to us equal to 4 weeks charge, this sum shall be retained by us until the termination of this schedule and thereafter returned to you by direct debit transfer or cheque (without interest) within 28 days after this Agreement terminates less any amount we may deduct to cover repairing any damage to the Unit, the Site or any other Unit caused by you, your agents or invitees or by goods stored in the Unit any unpaid License Fees or removal or other charges; or any other

4. Insurance

1. It is your responsibility to insure your goods while they are at our facility, all goods are left at owner’s risk, and we can provide an insurance quote for your goods on application

2. If you take out a policy with us only the goods insured and highlighted on the agreement will be covered

3. Items that are prohibited from storage will not be insured

5. Storage of goods

1. Items such as illegal, stolen, or dangerous items, live animals and plants food items, flammable, explosive, perishable, toxic or environmentally hazardous materials. Further to this items requiring environmentally controlled conditions should not be stored, you should ask staff if in any doubt

2. This facility is subject to random police sniffer dog patrols

3. Any damage shall be paid by the licensee resulting in damage caused by anything in item 1

4. You will have free access to the facility at all times during hours of business

5. You confirm that the goods are your property

6. The facility

1. You will have full access to the storage unit as set out in opening hrs paragraph 1, you will be required to provide your own padlock to secure your unit, access will only be granted to those who are on the lease, unless we have clear instruction to allow a 3rd party access , which must be in writing and the person or persons attending the store must have photographic proof of id

2. If required we will hold one key to take in deliveries for the licensee only

3. You will be responsible for any damage incurred to the rental space and charges will apply accordingly

3. Any mechanical lifting will be done by Atlantic storage staff only

4. We will not be responsible for locking secure units if not done by the occupants

5. If we have reason to believe there is a good reason to enter a rental unit for reasons set out in paragraph 4 storage of goods we reserve the right to enter by force if necessary

6. You store all goods at your own risk we do not accept liability for any unauthorised access by you, your agent resulting in damaged or stolen goods

7. You must not allow any persons to cause a noise or nuisance in the unit or on the site to ourselves or other users of the facility

8. Do anything on or around the site which would invalidate the owners or other users insurance

9. Nothing to be fixed to the structure of the unit either inside or out

10. No goods to be left in corridors or loading areas, doorways car parking areas both inside and out causing an obstruction

11. You must not use the unit to work or run a business from which includes ant painting, or mechanical working

12 we reserve the right to withdraw the use of the unit upon 7 days written notice and require that you without delay remove all materials from our site, if this is not done we reserve the right to remove them ourselves or by appointed contractor

13. you must inform us immediately about any damage to the unit or structure

14. we reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone to your unit without adequate proof of identity

15. You must inform us of any changes to your contact details

16. you must inspect and accept the unit prior to occupation

17. You must ensure that the unit is suitable for the storage of your goods.

7. Our responsibilities

1. We will at all times be diligent in our attitude and handling of your stay with us, courteous and helpful

2. We will keep the facility clean and dry at all times

3. We will keep all walkways free from obstacles

4. We will follow all h&s safety precautions and fully implement them

5. We will ensure all units remain up to the highest quality

6. We will assist you with loading and unloading by way of mechanical handling, but accept no responsibility for loss or damage to goods of equipment

8. Indemnity

1. You will indemnify us and keep us indemnified against any demand or claim made or any action or other proceeding brought against us arising out of or in connection with any dispute as to the ownership of the goods stored in the unit or as to the person entitled in law to possession thereof or the dangerous nature of any dangerous characteristic thereof or the ineffective or contagious nature thereof and against all and any costs charges, expenses damages or loss incurred or suffered or becoming payable by us in or in connection with or as a result of any such demand claim or action or other proceedings as aforesaid.

1b. You shall also fully and effectively indemnify and keep indemnified us from and against all claims action demands costs and charges of whatsoever nature incurred by us or any of our servants agents or other customers arising out of or resulting from the use of the unit by the customer.
